Climbing Arborist – Experienced
Progress in your career as an Arborist with an established, locally owned company

What You'll Do:

  • Work as part of a crew handling pruning, tree removals, and crane removals
  • Grow and develop climbing, rigging, and leadership skills
  • Lead crews and advance in your arboricultural career

Requirements:

  • Experience preferred, but we invest in the right people
  • Great attitude and team player mentality
  • Valid CO Driver's License with clean record (CDL a plus)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Self-motivated and career-oriented
  • Part-time Monday-Wednesday minimum, storm damage days
Arborist Assistant – Trainee
Learn the ropes of a rewarding trade from the ground up

What You'll Learn:

  • Basics of arboriculture and ground person skills
  • Safe operation of equipment (chipper, chainsaw)
  • Effective teamwork and communication
  • Path to becoming a Climbing Arborist

Growth Opportunity:

Assistants quickly grow into Climbing Arborists and can eventually lead their own crews!

Ground Crew
Your gateway to becoming a full-blown Arborist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for other crew members
  • Control lowering ropes and supply tools
  • Control road and sidewalk traffic as needed
  • Drag brush, cut, chip and load materials
  • Proper job site cleanup
